Rumors are everywhere that Microsoft is developing an Xmote (Wiimote-like waggle controller) for the 360, which will be announced at this year's E3, and released this holiday season. If they set the controller up so that you can train it to map motions to button controls, then Nintendo is in big trouble as Microsoft would instantly have the largest library of waggle compatible games and better graphics to boot!
The crazy thing is, it wouldn't be that hard to add such a capability to the 360 or PS3. There are also rumors that Sony is working on the same.
If the rumors are true, and Microsoft's offering has the aforementioned "training" ability, I think it'll be easy to find used Wii's at your local GunStop... err... GameStop.
